Clay Foundations: Intro to Clay Series

Join us on Mondays for our 8-week beginner pottery course at Adamah Art Studios!
Perfect for beginners! Learn the basics of both wheel throwing and hand-building while creating mugs, bowls, trays, lanterns, and more. You’ll become comfortable with clay tools, various forming techniques, and glazing to create a range of functional and decorative pieces.
Your class fee covers: 8 Monday night sessions (see dates below), one 25 lb. bag of DSM clay, firing for up to 10 finished pieces, and complimentary access to Open Studio hours for extra practice.

Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 17 years old. Those aged 14 – 16 may attend if accompanied by an adult.
Preparation Tips
Participants with long nails are advised to trim them before the course.
Wear clothes suitable for getting messy.
